The Planner requires daily maintenance and is only reliable if updated frequently. My other issue with the planner is that is not detailed enough to convey the complexity of the various tasks we have ie, dependencies, progress, and needs. Furthermore, connecting the IMS to the planner will be very difficult as I do not believe there is a simple and easy way to connect them. May I suggest that we have the long planning meeting every Monday, and then at the end of the week by the last day of the week (Thursday or Friday) each member send in the following: Tyler S has done this in the past and it has been extremely helpful.
